• 3 years of Previous Automotive Tech experience in a Repair shop or dealership (minimum).

• Must have your own tools for performing repairs.
• Strong knowledge across makes, models, and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• A Working and reliable Cell phone.
• Be able to pass a Background check
• Be able to pass a Drug screen

Responsibilities:

• As an Automotive Tech, you will be required to perform Comprehensive and Accurate Diagnosis addressing Guest’s Critical concerns across all makes and models.
• Research and Build required repair jobs for advisors to estimate and present to guests
• Collaborate with service advisors to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Performing a multi-point inspection on major systems of vehicle, reporting findings of safety and/or performance issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area as well as accurate records of all services performed on vehicles
• General maintenance and cleaning including the repair shop.
• Maintain a Good attitude and be a positive part of growth both individually as well as for the company.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
• Be professional.
• Further Training and Certifications (may be available during employment)

Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour

We are seeking a Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and manage repair orders. Qualifications: Strong communication skills and automotive knowledge required.

Our ideal Service Advisor has the following qualifications:

• Three years of experience as an automotive repair shop service advisor
• HS diploma or GED to show us that you follow through
• ASE Certification preferred but not required. We’ll help you get certified if not.
• Excellent communication skills required. Being able to describe what a technician identifies on a vehicle is a vital part of becoming a successful service advisor, and helping us understand where you need help is a key part of growth!
• Verifiable history of being a steady, reliable employee. If you prefer to bounce from job to job every year, this isn’t the fit for you.
• A positive attitude that takes pride in your work!
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Above all, our ideal Service Advisor / Manager Trainee is earnest, honest, respectful, caring, and driven.

Duties:

• Check-in customers, understand their needs and concerns, educate them about preventive maintenance, and ensure smooth and timely dispatch to the technician.
• Translate the technician’s inspection and diagnostic findings into a clear estimate and present that estimate in plain language that the customer can understand.
• Organization and fulfillment of responsibilities related to service advising, including invoices, deliveries, returns, cores, and customer follow ups.
